friendly staff spacious room thoughtful refreshments
the staff was very friendly. my family room was spacious and quite clean. the hotel provided a kettle plus some light refreshments! i found it very thoughtful.
The lift was rather slow. I often opted for the stairs.

the indoor pool was heated and felt pleasant! the jacuzzi was a nice size, and it was very clean. bingo was offered each evening, and it added a fun social element.

The location was convenient. It offered easy access to nearby shops. the town center was just minutes away on foot. The pier was also easily accessible. i appreciated the central position.

the location of the hotel is very central. the room included a very spacious layout, everything felt very clean. breakfast featured tasty sausages. there was a good selection for how the egg is prepared.

clean bed walk-in shower cold hotel slow service
the room was large. it had a very clean kingsize bed. two leather armchairs were available. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower.
the hotel felt cold most of the time. the service in the restaurant was very slow. staff seemed overworked.

dated bathroom underwhelming breakfast
the room i had was showing its age. the bathroom looked dated. the breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. i found the overall service style suggested the hotel focuses more on coach parties than individual guests.

convenient location friendly staff tidy room parking situation tired spa lack privacy
I appreciated the hotel location. It was a short walk to the shops. The staff was friendly, especially in the reception. I did found the room to be clean and tidy.
First, parking was a problem upon arrival. The hotel didnt clearly explain the parking situation. The spa area looked tired and needed updating. I thought the swimming pool area wasnt as private as I would have liked.
